The villa is situated on the edge of the village with stunning views across the private pool towards Mount Canigou. As the morning sun lights up the mountain, enjoy fresh croissants from the village bakery on the terrace. When it comes to the evening, expect spectacular sunsets while enjoying a bottle of wine produced from one of the many excellent local vineyards.
The villa sleeps 10 people and has the following rooms:-
Upstairs
Five bedrooms, 2 king size with balcony views of the mountain, 3 with twin beds. Built in wardrobes. Travel cot available. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower and hand basin. Separate toilet.
Downstairs
Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hobs, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. High chair available. Utility room with washing machine. Shower room with shower, hand basin and a separate toilet.
Large living dining room with dual-aspect doors opening onto the terrace. There’s plenty of seating available with dining table and chairs, easy chairs and sofa. The cupboards are packed full of games, puzzles and a wide range of books.
Outside
Lovely terrace with fabulous view overlooking the pool and mountain view, dining table/chairs, sun loungers, BBQ. Pool is open from June to mid September (depending on weather conditions).
Location
The villa is located on the edge of Maureillas-las-Illas, on a quiet residential street but within a short walk to all of the village amenities. Learn more about the village here.
